"To love someone does not mean first of all to do things for that person; it means helping them to discover their own beauty, uniqueness, the light hidden in their heart and the meaning of their life."
Jean Vanier
from The Scandal of Service: Jesus Washes Our Feet
Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your kindness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds
in Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:4-7
“I am a little pencil in the hand of a writing God who is sending a love letter to the world.”
Mother Teresa
About The Blog
The Story
Good Morning! (It is always morning somewhere) My Name is Erin Tooley and I am lover of tea, elephants, mountain air, beach sunrises and exploring new places. I am the oldest of 11 (6 boys and 5 girls) so family life is never boring. I graduated from North Carolina State University (Go Pack!) in 2016 with a degree in Social Work. This story sharing platform was created when I started my adventure in Honduras in June 2018. I currently serve the with the Missioners of Christ in Comayaqua, Honduras. My blog title "O Todo O Nada" (All or Nothing) is a quote from Sister Clare Crockett and inspires me daily to give my all. To be the best that I can possibly be. To give every ounce of my energy to the beautiful people I serve here.
